Rivet PCB is built by MINIMALI LLC. It is a schematic and layout editor first, and an agent second — in that order, because the second one is only worth anything if the first one holds up without it.
Why it exists

Finding the part. Copying the exact library name. Placing the decoupling capacitor next to the pin it decouples. Naming the net the same thing in three places. None of that is engineering judgement — it is bookkeeping that punishes you for a typo two hours later.
So the editor is a real editor, and the agent does the bookkeeping inside it, against the same engine and the same undo stack you are using. It is not a chat window bolted to the side that hands you a file to paste somewhere.
What comes after boards

The longer plan is one geometry kernel and one file format across the whole engineering stack — boards first, then mechanical CAD, then assemblies. That ordering is the commitment: nothing moves on to the next one while the board editor still needs work, which is why the only thing you can download today is a board tool.
The 3D view and the STEP export are the seam where that plan shows. The model the enclosure gets is built from the same geometry the fab gets, rather than a second drawing that has to be kept in agreement with the first.

The macOS build is signed with a real Developer ID but is not notarised yet, so the first launch shows a warning; the Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen does the same. The download page says exactly what to click for both, and both notes come off the day they are fixed.
On the agent side, repairing a design-rule violation it already found is the weakest thing it does, and asking a clarifying question instead of guessing is weaker still. Those numbers are on the measurement page rather than buried.
